Job Description:
Are you a digital marketing expert with a knack for creating high-performing Google PPC and Social Media Ad campaigns? If so, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Buyer to join our team.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve our business objectives. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in paid media, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement effective media buying strategies to meet company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their behavior and preferences.
• Create comprehensive media plans that outline objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Google PPC Management:
• Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
• Perform keyword research, bid management, and budget allocation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to maximize ROI.

Social Media Ads Management:
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop engaging ad creatives and copy tailored to the target audience.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
• Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.

Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align media buying strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on Google PPC and Social Media Ads.
• Proven track record of managing successful PPC and social media advertising campaigns.
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
• Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).
• Knowledge of SEO and its integration with PPC strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
