JOB OVERVIEW

I am the owner of a small business in Brooklyn, New York. My company, Gordon & Li Li, is a Mandarin bilingual book series that promotes early language learning and cultural appreciation. Upgrade to see actual info

I am looking for a long-term full-time virtual assistant who is reliable, a self-starter, tech-savvy, organized, a strong communicator, and an efficient problem solver. There will be some training, but I need someone who is very proactive and can figure things out on their own efficiently.

Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Create and manage financial reports (account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, monthly reporting)
- Create and manage inventory reports
- Outreach to new accounts (bookstores, libraries, museums)
- Order and shipment management
- Uploading files and data to Amazon FBA, KDP
- Research
- Organizing files
- Graphic design via Canva
- Copywriting/Creative writing
- Creating and sending marketing emails

Nice to have, but not required:
Can speak/read Mandarin Chinese
Graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Basic web development skills
Experience with Amazon FBA
