JOB OVERVIEW

RevCare Plus, US-based national medical billing & collections consultants, partners with healthcare providers to optimize their revenue cycle, streamlining collections, managing underpayments and denials. We are passionate about healthcare technology, innovation and delivery. RevCare Plus is widely considered as visionaries in billing & collections, designing new care models to improve the entire revenue cycle. We are searching for a Full Time Manager of a growing Medical Biller/Coding team to join a fast paced, team-oriented office.

Requirements:
•Native/Fluent English, spoken and written
•Managerial (Remote) Experience
•You must be self-motivated with the ability to stay productive independently
•You are motivated and excited to work as a team, working towards shared initiatives
•Available M-F 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Central Time) and some weekends

Skills Needed:
•Managerial Role in Medical Billing & Collections - 2 Years
•Working knowledge of ICD-10 coding and CPT codes
•Excel, Gmail, Google Drive (required)
•Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Meet (required)
•Power BI (preferred)
•Reliable internet and computer access
•Headset and webcam
•Quiet/distraction-free working environment

Roles and Responsibilities

The day to day tasks will be varied, but here are some things you can expect to be asked to accomplish:
•Manage a team of remote medical billers
•Insurance Claims Preparation and processing
•Data and Charge Verification and Entry
•Validation and Error Correction of Charge Entries
•Verifying proper Data for all documents received to process
•Medical Records preparation and submission
•Answer phones and provide customer support
•Research and resolve customer inquiries / issues
•Printing documentation for all claims to be submitted and mailed

The job will be 40 hours/week
