-MUST have worked remotely for a US Architecture Firm
-MUST have 2+ years experience with Construction Documents in Revit & Autocad (5+ preferred)


Bonus Skills:
-Experience Rendering
-Experience Graphics - Photoshop & InDesign for design presentation and/or social media
-Experience with Web updates (wordpress, canva, square space)

Role: Architectural Designer / Job Captain
Experience & Skills Needed:
• Independently solves specific technical design aspects
• Collaborate with peers and senior staff in design problem solving
• Implement design solutions scoped by others
• 2+ years’ experience in US Architectural Office

Full Responsibility for:
Implementing skill above per project phases:
-Discovery: Project Organization & Site Review
-Preliminary Design: Design Skills & Renderings
-Detailed Design: Design Set Management, Drawing Creation, Detailing, Specifications, Engineer Coordination, Structure and Code
-Construction Administration: Office Review

Decision Making Responsibilities:
-How to implement design tasks, within studio standard procedures
-Configuration of technical and creative design aspects, within project goals

Supervised on:
-Directed on standard architectural / firm approach to problem solving
