Experience being an outbound BDR or in inside sales.Should have exposure to handling international clients.Proven track record of generating qualified leads and exceeding targets.Knowledge of using outreach tools and CRM.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Added if have experience in RPA or the automation industry.Must have experience in sales, preferably in both B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) environments. Demonstrated ability to effectively generate and nurture leads. Familiarity with and use of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), MEDDIC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion), or other sales qualification methodologies. Demonstrated experience working within a structured sales process. Flexibility to adapt to different time zones based on business needs.
