Experience in Mental Health Settings
- Familiarity with the unique needs and challenges of clinical mental health environments.
- Experience in recruiting, managing, and retaining clinical staff such as therapists, counselors, and social workers.

Strong Understanding of Compliance and Regulations
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and other privacy and security regulations relevant to mental health services.
- Experience with accreditation processes and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Conflict Resolution and Mediation Skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Skills in managing stress and emotional situations that can arise in a mental health setting.

Training and Development Expertise
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs for clinical staff.
- Ability to facilitate professional development and continuing education for staff to ensure they stay updated with the latest practices and regulations.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication tailored to diverse audiences.

Human Resources Management Experience
- Proven track record in HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee records, benefits, and payroll.

Strategic Planning and Organizational Skills
- Capability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Experience in organizational development, including succession planning and change management.

Cultural Competency
- Ability to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.
- Understanding of the cultural dynamics within the mental health field and how they impact client and staff interactions.

Empathy and Compassion
- A genuine commitment to the mission of providing mental health services and supporting staff who work in high-stress environments.

Networking and Community Engagement
- Experience communicating with partners with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to support recruitment and professional development.

Experience with Google drive, Microsoft, VPN and other software that may be beneficial to implement for seamless HR processes
