Behavioral Health Innovation, owner of Adaptive Telehealth software - is a small US-based consulting and telemedicine software company. Our company focuses on pioneering practical software that helps mental health and medical professionals create efficient business processes and provide access to medical care in remote regions. Job Responsibilities: Account Receivable / Account Payable Bank Reconciliation Payroll preparation Financial projections Monthly reporting, and related tasks Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent education or financial experience. At least 4 years of experience using Quickbooks Online 2 years experience managing small business finances Good ability to communicate in English both verbally and written Type of Employment - Part-time. 10 hours per week. The work can be in your time zone. Periodic meetings, between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST time zone. Compensation is based on education and experience. We do NOT want to use an agency.
