We have several businesses, but you will be starting at a vitamin supplement company. This role is perfect for individuals who are not only skilled in administrative tasks but also have a knack for e-commerce and digital advertising. The position is diverse and engaging, requiring both creativity and structure. Ideal candidates will be keen on self-improvement, with opportunities available to enhance their knowledge and skills in various areas, including graphic editing and, optionally, website editing. Your Role: Customer Service: Handle daily emails and order queries efficiently. Order Management: Manage dropship orders and split FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) orders. Veeqo Processing: Process orders daily and link products using Veeqo. FBA Tasks: Manage FBA ordering and shipment labels. PPC Management: Oversee pay-per-click advertising campaigns. Affiliate Management: Handle affiliate payment management. New Listings: Create and manage new product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. Stock Control: Oversee stock control and management. Amazon Appeals: Manage Amazon appeals. Content Creation: Create videos and other content using AI tools, and manage feeds on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Listing Updates: Update listings with AI-generated content and manage A+ content. Label Management: Create and manage new labels. Blog Writing: Write and manage blog pieces. Technical Emails: Handle technical customer emails. Upward Management: Communicate with business directors and report on work. Self-Management: Work independently and efficiently on assigned tasks. Core Requirements: Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in an e-commerce or advertising setting. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Competency in basic graphic manipulation using Photoshop or similar graphics editing software. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work UK hours and cater to our global clientele. Knowledge of Google Sheets and basic numeracy skills. Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., pivot tables) and experience with Google AppSheet are desirable but not required. Experience in video creation using AI tools. Work Hours: Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM UK time (3 PM - 11:30 PM Philippines time during UK winter, 2 PM - 10:30 PM Philippines time during UK summer). Flexibility: We can adjust hours if you prefer longer days Monday to Thursday and shorter on Friday. Please specify your preference during the application process.
