We are looking for a knowledgeable ERP Virtual Assistant with experience in recommending, implementing, and training on ERP systems for comprehensive business operations, including Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Marketplace, and CRM. The selected ERP must be cloud-based to support our remote and accessible needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Research and Recommendation: Identify, research, and compare ERP systems that meet our needs for seamless business operations, and provide well-founded recommendations.
-ERP Implementation: Assist with setting up and integrating the selected ERP into our current workflows.
-Staff Training and Support: Provide training sessions to staff members who will use the ERP, ensuring they understand the system thoroughly and can perform necessary functions independently.
-Continuous Support: Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth adoption across the team.
Requirements:
-Proven ERP Experience: Previous hands-on experience with ERP systems, including those covering the areas of Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Marketplace, and CRM.
-Experience with popular ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Odoo, Zoho ERP)
-Knowledge of Cloud-Based ERPs: Familiarity with cloud-based ERPs and their benefits, especially in distributed team environments.
-Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ERP features and functions in a way that’s easy for staff to understand and follow.
-Implementation Experience: Demonstrated experience in implementing ERP systems and integrating them within an existing business framework.
-Reliable and Detail-Oriented: An eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability to manage tasks on time and accurately.
