Dear Candidates, We are an eCommerce dropshipping business currently expanding our operations to multiple stores across different countries. We are looking for dedicated long-term employees to join our dynamic team. This position offers significant growth opportunities for individuals who consistently contribute positively to our company. Job Description: We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who will initially handle two primary tasks: listing products according to our provided methods and ensuring our customers remain satisfied in the form of customer support. This role requires adherence to a clear process which, once understood, becomes straightforward. Key Platforms: G-mail (Support Help Desk) Shopify (eCommerce Platform) Discord/Slack (Communication Channel) Chat GPT (Translation & Text Creation) Responsibilities: Creating and managing product listings. Responding to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, and FAQs. Handling customer complaints. Reporting on refunds and complaints. Filling in data sheets related to your tasks. Contributing to documentation and improving support processes. Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, with a maximum 24-hour response time. Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. We Provide: Comprehensive video training. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to follow. Access to the Lead Customer Support for all your questions. Applicant Requirements: Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Available for weekly team calls. Must be organized, motivated, and eager to learn and grow. Available to start immediately. Minimum availability of 35 hours per week (Monday to Sunday) once you begin full-time. The role will start with a two-week trial and transition from part-time to full-time. Not currently employed in any other full-time job. Ideal Candidate: Experience with customer support and Shopify listings is a plus. Passionate about helping people and interested in managing customer support issues. Committed to providing consistent and accurate communication with customers, avoiding errors such as duplicate emails or off-topic responses.
