Job Title: Google Ads Specialist (Part-Time, Potential for Full-Time)

Schedule: 7pm-9pm EST Mon-Thu plus one 4-hour shift on the weekends.

Must be able to work the specified schedule for the first 6 months, after which you will transition to full-time and work Mon-Thu.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to a full-time role if it’s a good fit. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, make a significant impact on our business growth and online presence, and have fun while doing it! As a Google Ads Specialist at Great Carports, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Google Ads strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
- Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and PPC advertising.
- Participate in frequent live meetings, screen sharing, and video conferences.
- Be available to work the schedule of 7pm-9pm EST Mon-Thu plus one 4-hour shift on the weekends, including occasional nights and additional weekend hours, especially when getting started or when there is a big job to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work the specified schedule for the first 6 months, after which you will transition to full-time and work Mon-Thu.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist with a strong track record of success.
- Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a quiet place to work with reliable power and internet.
- Must have a good microphone and speak English very well.
