Job Title: Virtual Assistant - NDIS Compliance and Documentation Specialist

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time (3 full days or equivalent hours per week)

Introduction:
On behalf of our client, HYPE Aged & Disability Services, we are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join their dedicated team. HYPE is committed to providing exceptional support services to NDIS participants, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. This remote position is based in Smithfield, South Australia, and offers a permanent part-time opportunity (3 full days or equivalent hours per week).

HYPE Aged & Disability Services is dedicated to partnering with NDIS participants and the community to provide exceptional, personalised, and adaptable support services that empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives. Based in South Australia, our services extend to participants residing throughout the Adelaide Metro, Barossa Valley, Yorke & Mid-North, Flinders, and Far North regions.

About the Role:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, contributing to the success of our organisation by keeping our registers up to date to ensure compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep registers up to date to ensure compliance with NDIS requirements.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage risk documentation.
- Stay informed on NDIS legislation or demonstrate the ability to research and self-educate.
- Conduct internal audits and manage compliance documentation.
- Oversee the Business Development Plan, including documenting action plans from verbal instructions.
- Utilise Google Drive for effective data management and documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Compliance Accuracy: Maintain high accuracy in registers and documentation to ensure compliance with NDIS standards.
- Data Entry Efficiency: Ensure timely and precise data entry to keep organisational records current.
- Risk Management: Effectively conduct risk assessments and manage risk documentation to mitigate potential issues.
