Bilingual Cold Calling Specialist (Spanish/English)

Atlas Adjusting is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, and responsible for reaching out to homeowners in areas affected by high winds and storm damage, verifying their insurance details, and setting appointments for roof inspections. This position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners in designated areas, communicating effectively in both Spanish and English
Verify homeowner details and insurance information
Schedule appointments for roof inspections
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
Follow up with homeowners as needed
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries


Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to work flexible hours
