I am looking for an additional member to join our growing short term rentals team in the Uk. Working hours 8-5 pm GMT Saturday and Sunday. We have been running for 4 years.
The job would consist of communicating with guest via email/ whattapp/VOIP. Monitoring software in real time such as air bnb / website / booking.com, creating invoice and problem solving when issue arise. The following skills are also essential.
Applicant must have at least 1 year previous experience as a property VA using Airbnb / booking ect.
1.Must have Great English commination skills both email and vocals
3. Basic invoice/accounting - Use of excell / xero for reconciliation
4. Weekly Zoom call
5. Must haver stable internet
6.Must have a computer
7. Communicating to a cleaning team and orgasnising calanders
8. Social media posts / website blog updates
9. Organise diary events
10. Must understand processes and work flow
11.Regularly review and update property listings to enhance visibility and attract high-quality clients.
12.Implement strategies to improve listing performance and ranking on Airbnb.
13.Create new listing on OTA such and Airbnb / booking VRBO ect
14. Problem Resolution, must be able to Address and resolve any issues or complaints from guests promptly and effectively.
16. Collaborate with OTA support to resolve technical or platform-related problems.
17.Utilize monitoring tools to keep track of guest activity and ensure adherence to house rules.
This role is for part time work on Sat/Sun 8 hours per day. If successful could move to full time or extra house as we grow our business.
