Hours: Full-Time (160 hours per month)

About Us:

We are a dynamic real estate company specializing in investment and wholesale opportunities.

We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist to drive our lead generation efforts by posting on social media and exploring various real estate sites.

This role is integral to supporting our cold calling and SMS teams by providing a steady stream of new opportunities and collaborating with the acquisition department.

Responsibilities:

Post real estate needs and opportunities across multiple online platforms, including Facebook groups, Craigslist, and relevant real estate forums

Build and manage the company’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Research and identify new opportunities on various real estate websites to support and enhance the cold calling and SMS efforts of the acquisition department

Engage with online communities and forums where real estate leads and opportunities are discussed
Continuously monitor and update posts to attract high-quality leads and maintain a strong online presence
Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and lead generation through social media and real estate platforms

Potentially create and manage a company website to capture and generate leads

Collaborate closely with the cold calling and SMS teams to ensure alignment and support in lead acquisition efforts
Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities and social media performance

Assist in establishing and growing the lead generation and social media department, with the potential to manage the department in the future

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or social media management, with a proven track record

Experience in real estate investment or wholesale is highly desirable

Strong ability to research and identify opportunities on various real estate platforms

Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for lead generation

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with only a slight accent (not suitable for individuals with a heavy accent)

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to support and align with the acquisition department

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
