The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

- Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 4 AM – 1 PM CDT (5 PM-2 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
- Work Duration: Permanent/Full-time WFH

Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Monitoring: Create detailed project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Communication and Reporting: Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring the project aligns with their goals and reporting on progress.
- Quality Control: Perform continuous quality control to maintain standards and implement process improvements.
- Capacity Planning: Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient utilization.
- Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to prioritize backlog items and address any project delivery issues.
- Demos and UAT: Coordinate UAT and demos, gathering feedback to ensure product quality and addressing any concerns.
- Product Packaging and Releasing: Plan and execute the packaging and launch of applications, collaborating with sales and onboarding teams for successful releases.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess project efficacy post-completion, identifying areas for future improvement.

Qualifications:

- Project Management Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in the tech, MSP, or SaaS industry. -- Experience with projects related to software development or IT services is highly valued.
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of managing expectations and aligning project goals with business objectives.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile development methodologies and user story creation to guide the development process.
