About Us:
"The Woods" is an exciting and dynamic show that focuses on the vibrant lives of its three main characters: Ramona, Michael, and Taylore. Our content spans from morning motivation and day to day life to business ventures and family life. We are looking for a creative and driven individual to manage our YouTube channel, ensuring our content reaches and engages a wide audience.


Responsibilities:
Channel Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a successful YouTube channel.

Subscriber Growth: Implement strategies to increase the channel’s subscriber count.

Monetization: Develop and execute plans to get the channel monetized.

Content Planning: Collaborate with a writer to create a working template for all show segments.

Content Refresh: Keep the channel's content fresh and interesting to retain viewer engagement.

Coordination: Work with videographers to capture weekly content.

Production: Partner with graphic designers and editors to produce content in a proven format for the show.

Weekly Meetings: Meet with the Woods weekly to plan out the content capture strategy.

Content Capture: Oversee the capturing of content from three main areas:

Ramona's Segments:

Morning Motivation
Working Out
Office Activities (client interactions, finance, getaways, family life)

Michael's Segments:

Morning Motivation
Planning with Surveyors
Building Houses
Developing the Master Plan for the Lakefront Community

Taylore's Segments (not on a regular basis):

Working Out
Atlanta Life
Moving into Her New Home
Managing Ashtae Business (trade shows, site visits, virtual seminars, teaching tips, family activities)
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a successful YouTube channel.
Expertise in strategies to grow subscriber base.
Knowledge of YouTube monetization processes.
Ability to create engaging and consistent content templates.
Strong coordination skills to work with videographers and graphic/editing teams.
Excellent organizational skills to plan and capture diverse content.
Creative mindset to keep content fresh and interesting.
