JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary: As a Sales Cold Caller and Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be to initiate contact with prospective customers, introduce them to our IT products and services, and set appointments for the sales team. This role is crucial for driving growth and expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events. Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they align with our target market. Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our IT solutions and services. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and pain points. Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team. Follow-up: Maintain and update a database of leads and client interactions. Follow up with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging. Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine sales approaches. Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled. Use CRM software to manage and organize leads and opportunities. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the IT industry. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
