JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and
optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role
requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEM, display ads, and
social media advertising on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn. The ideal
candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to generate insightful
reports, and collaborate effectively with clients and team members. You will
need to collaborate with team from different time zones as we have studios
based in Singapore, Bangkok, Thailand, and Manila.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning and Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute SEM, display ads, and social media advertising
campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand guidelines.
2. Campaign Monitoring and Optimization
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven
adjustments.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible performance and ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance
campaign effectiveness.
3. Analysis and Reporting
• Analyze campaign results and generate detailed reports with actionable
insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise
manner.
• Collaborate with clients to gain consensus on strategies and recalibrate
campaigns as needed.
4. Tool Utilization
• Utilize all available digital marketing tools and platforms to achieve
optimal results.
• Stay proficient with the latest tools and technologies in digital marketing.
5. Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the SEO specialist and other team members to ensure
cohesive digital marketing efforts.
• Share insights and collaborate on integrated marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, display ads,
and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google
Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in generating and presenting
performance reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
