JOB OVERVIEW

We run a market research panel available in more than 40 countries. We are currently adding 40-50k new members monthly. Users sign up to take paid surveys.

Currently hiring one (3) members to cover the shift below for our Fraud Review Team;
Note: The posted schedule may change to fit business needs.

Schedules:

Shift 1
EST
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Manila
8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Days off: (1 day off) Sunday
RDOT: Saturday (paid $5/hr.)

Shift 2
EST
2:00 PM- 10:00 PM
Manila
2:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Days off: (1 day off) Sunday
RDOT: Saturday (paid $5/hr.)

Shift 3
EST
4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Manila
4:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Responsibilities
The role of a Fraud Analyst is critical in ensuring the integrity of Market Research data by identifying and mitigating fraudulent accounts in our platform.
Continuously monitor patterns that indicate potential fraud, such as inconsistent or implausible answers.
Identify and flag suspicious activities, such as multiple accounts or rapid survey completions, that may indicate fraudulent behavior.
Conduct thorough investigations of flagged accounts


You must have the following to qualify and apply for the position;
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large data sets to identify patterns and anomalies that may indicate fraudulent activity.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision in examining and identifying inconsistencies.
Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of statistical methods
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent fraud.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ethical Judgment: Strong sense of ethics and commitment to maintaining the integrity of survey data.
Experience with Survey Platforms: Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) and their data outputs.
Knowledge of Fraud Detection Techniques: Understanding common fraud schemes and techniques
You must have a stable internet connection - backup devices.
You need to be available and focused at all times during your shift.

Experience Required:
1-3 years of experience in a related field such as data analysis, fraud detection, market research, or survey administration.
