We are a specialised ESG & Sustainability recruitment firm actively seeking a Sales and Recruitment Assistant to join our team on a temporary contract basis. ?If performance is proven, the assignment could lead to a permanent contract. As a Sales and Recruitment Assistant, your responsibilities include expanding our client base, sourcing candidates through various channels, and fostering new business relationships. Additionally, you'll handle vacancy management, candidate screening, and matching processes. Responsibilities Increase Lead Generation Help Build clients's relationships through lead calls and business development activities Identify new sales leads to expand the organization's customer base. Create and implement proficient sales and marketing strategies to acquire leads and convert them into clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Utilize multiple platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Gulf Talent, and internal recruitment tools to source talent Conduct comprehensive mapping exercises to identify potential prospects and sources Identify qualified candidates to clients' needs Prepare client progress reports and stay informed about industry trends Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. >3 years experience in Sales Recruitment, Talent Acquisition Specialist preferably in a recruitment company Excellent Sales and Presentation Skills Business Development ?Positive attitude Fluent ?in English
