Paralegal

Job Description: As a Paralegal specializing in land reclassification and conversion, you will be responsible for assisting our project management team with the legal processes and documentation necessary for the successful reclassification of agricultural land to commercial land. Your expertise in land use and zoning regulations will be critical in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and ordinances. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough legal research on land use, zoning regulations, and reclassification procedures specific to Lipa, Batangas. Prepare, review, and file legal documents related to land reclassification and conversion. Assist in the application and submission of required permits and approvals from relevant government agencies. Liaise with local government units, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely processing of reclassification applications. Coordinate with LGUs, the DENR and the HLURB to get our development permits, ECC and license to sell. Maintain accurate records of all legal documents, correspondence, and progress related to the project. Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated on changes in land use laws and regulations that may impact the project Qualifications: Have experience in land use, zoning, or real estate law. Strong knowledge of land reclassification and conversion processes in the Philippines. Proficiency in legal document preparation and filing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
