Follow Up Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Follow-Up Specialist to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, proven experience in the real estate industry, and a passion for maintaining and nurturing client relationships. This role involves following up with current leads, ensuring timely and effective communication, and contributing to our sales and acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls and emails to follow up with current leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Develop and implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and acquisitions team to identify and prioritize follow-up activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis of follow-up activities to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.
