Job Summary:

Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for healthcare? We're seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Coordinators to join our expanding team at Zealthy! If you have at least one year of experience in customer service and are proficient with Zendesk or similar tools, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be the frontline hero for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and resolving any issues they encounter. You'll engage with our clients across various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and live chat, ensuring their healthcare journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide top-notch customer support through messaging/chat, inbound/outbound calls, and emails, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
- Efficiently Manage Inquiries: Utilize Zendesk to manage, track, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Assist with Healthcare Services: Help customers with their questions, concerns, and issues related to their healthcare services, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.
- Maintain Professionalism and Empathy: Ensure all customer interactions reflect the highest level of professionalism and empathy, making every customer feel valued.
- Collaborate for Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and continuously improve our service quality.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest information on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
- Identify Trends: Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to help us enhance our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Zendesk or similar customer support software.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple communication channels (chat, calls, emails) efficiently.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with Prior Authorization processes in a medical account is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Empathy: High level of empathy and a customer-centric approach to service.
