Position Details:

Job Title: Web and Graphic Designer
Compensation: $5/hr
Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Material Design Mastery: Utilize Material Design principles to create clean, innovative designs that enhance user interaction and engagement.
UI/UX Expertise: Develop user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly. Understand user behaviors and anticipate their needs to create seamless experiences.
Figma Proficiency: Leverage Figma to build and refine design components and elements, ensuring consistency and high-quality across all digital platforms.
Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with UX researchers, other designers, and developers to iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Visual and Technical Creativity: Craft graphic elements, identity systems, and web interfaces, maintaining brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.

Must-Haves:

Proven experience in web and graphic design, particularly with Material Design principles.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes and methodologies.
Advanced skills in Figma, including creating components, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field is preferred.
