Appointment Setter (Full Time)

Sync Resource, a US-based management consulting firm is looking to hire a full-time- Lead Nurturer. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter & a Lead Nurturer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative activities and will work closely with an Account Manager (Closer) to nurture inbound leads, engage with potential leads, and prospect for new leads. The Lead Nurturer will build and maintain strong relationships with leads, qualify them based on established criteria, and set up qualified appointments for the Sales Closer to close the deal. Leads are being generated through marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in appointment setting & lead nurturer role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects through personalized communication (emails, social media interactions, calls, etc.).
-Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand their requirements and introduce our products/services.
-Educate prospects about the features and benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
-Qualify leads based on established criteria and nurture them until handoff to the Sales Closer
-Collaborate with the sales closing team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
-Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects and update information in HubSpot and LinkedIn.
-Perform administrative activities such as backups, research on systems/tools, monitoring vendor deliverables, and identifying and working with third-party vendors.
-Monitor self-performance and generate reports.
-Troubleshoot issues as they arise and provide support on additional tasks.
-Familiarity with sales tools like Hubspot, Keap, or similar.
