Credit Specialist/Strategist

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in handling credit disputes? We’re looking for a Credit Disputer to assist clients in improving their credit profiles by disputing inaccuracies and ensuring compliance with credit reporting laws.

Responsibilities:
Review credit reports and identify inaccuracies or negative items
Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors
Follow up on disputes and ensure timely resolutions
Communicate with clients regarding dispute progress and credit improvements
Stay updated on credit laws, regulations, and industry best practices


Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in credit dispute processing or credit repair
Strong understanding of credit reporting laws (FCRA, FDCPA, etc.)
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases at once
Experience using credit dispute software is a plus
