Sourcing Specialist

We are hiring an experienced product sourcing and supplier management specialist to join our growing team.
The position is demanding and fast paced requiring you to work closely with internal and external
stakeholders. You will be responsible for sourcing new manufacturing partners and nurturing relationships
with our existing suppliers to develop new product of the highest standard, As well as implementing strategic
sourcing initiatives to further optimize our supply chain. You will also work closely with our purchase order
team to ensure orders are delivered on time, every time.

What You’ll Bring to Role

? Extensive experience in product sourcing & product development.
? Extensive experience in supplier management and quality control.
? Strong understanding of product and chemical compliance requirements for the US
market and EU marketplace.
? A self-starter mindset with strong admin skills and an acute attention to detail.
? A strong ability to multitask and thrive in a high-performance environment.
? Strong reporting skills.

Experience & Required Skills

? Minimum 5 years sourcing experience working with China based manufacturing partners.
? Minimum 5 year’s experience working within the consumer goods industry.
? Minimum 3 years sourcing experience within eCommerce based marketplace channels.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Advance level in Google Suite and Excel
