Facebook / Instagram Ad Genius required

We have a data set of 800 rows and at least 6 targetable criteria (company name, instagram handle, business type, website address, country & city, business address).

I need someone to set up a granular and modelled audience for each of the criteria then create some grouped audiences for them.

About us:
We are a new natural wine producer in Bordeaux France. We only sell our wine to specific and niche importers and distributors, restaurants and bars.

We collected a list of active 800 importers and distributors and will soon have a list of 600 bars and restaurants.

Now we want to advertise to them specifically on Facebook and Instagram.


The task:

1. Import the data we hold to Facebook/Instagram and create a line item for each attribute with no audience modelling.

2. Create a deduplicated line with the combined groups.

3. Create a look-a-like line for each group (very tightly expanded).


The aim is to create a flexible and highly targeted set of targetable audiences.

4. Question: Is it possible to create a group based on users that follow people in our audience? These would most likely be our B2C audience.


5. If you were to have the objective of targeting this audience as accurately and cost effectively as possible what else would you do?


The first data set is available now and the 2nd will be available in 10 days time.
