Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team at Snoice. The ideal candidate will support our marketing efforts and help enhance our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
• Support in developing SEO strategies to improve website traffic.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new and creative growth strategies.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Design simple graphics and visuals for digital campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social media schedulers.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
