Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and virtual assistants.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Manage calendars and appointments for multiple virtual assistants.
Coordinate task assignments and ensure deadlines are met.
Administrative Support:
Handle
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Project Management:
Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.
Monitor the progress of tasks and projects assigned to virtual assistants.
HR and Onboarding:
Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding new virtual assistants.
Maintain personnel records and handle HR-related inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Update and manage the CRM system to ensure all client information is current.
Track client interactions and follow up as necessary.
Financial Administration:
Assist with invoicing, billing, and managing expenses.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and coordinate with the accounting team.
Technical Support:
Provide basic technical support to virtual assistants and clients.
Liaise with IT support for more complex issues.
