About Us:

Zita Xu Organization is a leading agency within Prudential, dedicated to offering comprehensive and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. We are seeking motivated and experienced cold callers to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to set up appointments for our insurance agents with prospective clients.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, Singapore time (GMT +8).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to set up appointments for insurance consultations.
• Use provided scripts and sales techniques to engage prospects and generate interest in our insurance products.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email to ensure high appointment attendance rates.
• Collaborate with insurance agents to provide seamless hand-offs of scheduled appointments.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, preferably in the real estate or insurance industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
