As we expand, we are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Real Estate Cold Callers who will specialize in qualifying buyers.

Job Description: We seek a proactive and personable Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential buyers, engage them in conversation, and assess their qualifications for purchasing real estate. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills and a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers using a provided list.
* Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the buyers' needs, preferences, and qualifications.
* Qualify buyers based on a set of criteria and ensure they meet the requirements for purchasing properties.
* Accurately document and update buyer information in the CRM system.
* Schedule appointments for qualified buyers to meet with real estate agents.
* Provide information about available properties and answer any initial questions from buyers.
* Follow up with leads to maintain a consistent and ongoing relationship.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
* Stay informed about market trends and property values to effectively communicate with buyers.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in Real Estate Cold Calling for at least 1 year.
* Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential buyers.
* A basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant technology.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
