Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role collaborating cross-functionally with members of various teams, taking the lead to drive project objectives towards successful completion, fostering effective communication, and managing resources efficiently.

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Plus: With technical understanding on software development, engineering, quality assurance, etc.


Responsibilities:

Constantly communicate project status, progress, and updates to the leadership team. Overcommunication is not possible.
Ensure proper documentation of project plans, outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices through ASANA board.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
Monitor and track each team member's delegated project progress, ensuring adherence to the established schedule.
Document conflicts and address any issues that may arise during project delegation.
Coordinate and manage the efforts of cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
Ensure that project deliverables meet established high quality standards and expectations.
Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain the highest level of project excellence.
