About This Position
The Sales Representative position will be responsible for lead generation and contacting lapsed customers of the business. This individual will be responsible for conducting research to locate the appropriate contact and sending an
Responsibilities & duties:
• Research, track, maintain and update leads
• Create outgoing
• Contact prospects to qualify leads
• Direct
• Research and maintain lead generation database
• Conduct customer research
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
• Provide accurate and timely information to management
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Skills / attributes required:
• Excellent English communication (written mandatory, verbal a plus)
• Experience with cold calling/emailing in wholesale or retail industry
• Experience with research and maintaining databases
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in using CRM
• Strong project and time management skills
• Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
Qualifications:
•Proficient or advanced with G-Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail, Calendars, Slides) and
•Competent problem solver
•Excellent written communication skills
•Great attitude
•Able to function effectively in a fast paced work environment
•2+ years administrative experience
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
•Detail oriented and organized
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally within the company
