3. Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times and stock replenishment.
• Utilise inventory management tools to track and forecast demand.
4. Order Fulfilment
• Manage the order processing workflow, from purchase to delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
5. Amazon Account Management
