We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant - Call and Message Specialist.

Job Description:
As a Leasing Consultant - Call and Message Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and messages from prospective residents. You will play a crucial role in engaging with prospects, providing information about our community, and encouraging them to schedule appointments for showings. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will be key in creating a positive first impression of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from prospective residents promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about Antastafae Shaker Heights, including amenities, floor plans, availability, and pricing.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations.
Schedule appointments for property tours and showings, coordinating with the leasing team to ensure smooth scheduling.
Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the leasing system.
Assist with other administrative tasks related to leasing as needed.
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in a customer service or leasing role is a plus.
Proficiency in using leasing software and other office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
