Job Title: Recruitment Virtual Assistant (Philippines-based)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our team in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source potential candidates for various roles.
Conduct Boolean searches to identify qualified candidates.
Applicant Screening:
Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screenings through
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters or clients.
Communication Management:
Handle
Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Job Posting:
Draft and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular recruitment activity reports to the team.
Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
Requirements:
Educational Background and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role, preferably in an international or remote setting.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
Familiarity with ATS software and online recruitment tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Computer or laptop with updated software and hardware to support remote work.
Headset with microphone for clear communication.

Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adjust to different time zones and priorities.
