Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
2. Project Management: Coordinate and manage sales-related projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among team members.
3. Data Management: Maintain and organize sales data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the sales team. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments for the sales team using tools like Calendly. Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with clients and prospects.
5. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
6. CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and update records.
7. Tool Utilization: Efficiently use tools like ClickUp for project management, Calendly for appointment scheduling, Canva for graphic design, and HubSpot for CRM management.
8. Automation: Implement and manage Zapier workflows to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales support and administrative role.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management.
* Proficiency in data management and generating insights from data.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in graphic design tools.
* Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
* Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and scheduling tools like Calendly.
*Experience with automation tools like Zapier.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
