Position: Compliance documentation officer

Roles & Responsibility:
- Collaborate with other team members and the head compliance manager to complete tasks assigned for the projects.
- Assist in organising and overseeing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and data management.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and distribute relevant information to stakeholders.

***Project tasks could include but not limited to: writing a business plan for the start-up of RTO/CRICOS; Checking and mapping trainer documents; preparing contract for the trainers/other staffs involved in the RTO/CRICOS set up; preparing marketing brochure for the RTO/CRICOS; edit/develop documents based as per the clauses relevant to the VET sector in Australia;
