Role Vision/Description:
- The Marketing Assistant will be integral to the client's company, supporting the marketing manager by proactively contributing innovative ideas, managing social media platforms, creating and editing content, and driving the growth of marketing initiatives with a focus on improving awareness and engagement.

Potential Tasks:
- Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company blog.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, proposing new ideas for improvement.
- Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and strategy development.
- Copywriting: Write and edit compelling marketing copy, ensuring high standards of grammar and style.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics, preparing weekly reports on conversion rates, lead generation, and sales funnel performance.
- Basic Video Editing: Edit video content for marketing, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
- Design Skills: Use Canva to create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials.
- Podcast Support: Assist with the weekly podcast, including finding guests and promoting episodes.
- Software Utilization: Use marketing platforms like Kartra (or similar) to create sales funnels and landing pages.

Skills and Competencies:
- Marketing Experience: 2-3 years in a marketing role with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to take initiative, suggest new ideas, and execute them independently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing platforms like Kartra, ClickFunnels, or Kajabi. Basic knowledge of video editing and design tools like Canva.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
- Strong Communication: Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with familiarity with tools like Grammarly.
- Interest in Business and Self-Improvement: A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, personal development, and wealth-building.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Podcast Experience: Experience in podcast production and promotion.
- Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of current social media trends and strategies to grow and engage followers.
- Video Editing Skills: Experience with basic video editing software.
