Job Description:
The Advanced Excel Specialist with Power BI will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, creating detailed reports, and supporting various departments with their Excel and Power BI needs. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Excel and Power BI, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and Power BI reports.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights.
Create and automate macros to streamline processes.
Design and implement pivot tables for data summarization.
Utilize advanced formulas for data analysis and reporting.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide Excel and Power BI support.
Troubleshoot and resolve Excel and Power BI-related issues.
Train team members on advanced Excel and Power BI techniques.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Excel Specialist or in a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL).
Knowledge of database management.
Previous experience in a corporate environment.
