About the Role: As our Marketing and Content Specialist, you'll play a crucial part in developing and executing strategies to deliver exceptional experiences for our attendees. You'll use your knowledge of marketing science and your ability to bridge marketing, sales, and organizational goals to bring our brand to life. Working in collaboration with our dedicated marketing team, you’ll ensure that our voice, language, and message resonate across platforms.
This is a part-time position with set hours during the US Mountain Time Zone. Salary is competitive and based on your experience. Training is also provided.

Key Responsibilities:
1. HubSpot Management:
• Maintain and update our customer databases.
• Manage and track
2. Website & Content Management:
• Update WordPress content and collaborate with developers for technical needs.
• Develop social media copy (or review team-generated content) to ensure it aligns with our voice.
• Support storytelling and content creation for blogs, videos, landing pages,
3. Social Media and Digital Advertising:
• Manage our LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, and follower engagement.
• Monitor and optimize Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and Bing campaigns, with a balance of organic and paid initiatives.
4. Campaign Execution & Analytics:
• Drive cross-channel campaigns with
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and HubSpot dashboards, ensuring our marketing is both effective and data-backed.
5. Vendor and Influencer Collaboration:
• Use Upfluence for influencer marketing and support outreach for speaking engagements, podcasts, and events.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure promotional opportunities.
Who You Are:
• Experienced in Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, and Asana, as well as Google Analytics, and familiarity with other digital tools like Instantly and Upfluence.
• Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze data and optimize performance metrics.
• Creative & Brand-Savvy: Exceptional communication skills and an understanding of brand voice.
• Team Player: Adept at remote team collaboration through Slack and Asana.
