Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our client's team. Below are the details of the position:

Position: Marketing Manager
Schedule: 9am - 5pm EST
Rate: $10 - $15 per hour, 40 hrs a week.(negotiable)

Job Description:

• Manage marketing channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, PPC); set up and ensure campaigns are up to date and paid for.
• Implement automation within our current marketing process.
• Have a deep understanding of Podio, Launchcontrol, Smartphone, Batchleads, Slack, and Zapier to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for common system errors.
• Execute and track new marketing campaigns for cold calling, texting, direct mail, email campaigns, etc.
• Conduct regular audits of marketing data to identify and rectify errors.
• Implement a data validation process to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor campaign performance and highlight key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Address issues within Podio, manage call recordings, and refresh phone numbers as needed.
• Skip trace and keep our data organized/categorized within our skip tracing software.
• Develop and maintain methods to track data and stay organized within spreadsheets to improve decision quality.
• Track conversion rates on the website, direct mail, cold call, and text message campaigns.
• Monitor our sales pipeline velocity and lead-to-close timelines.
• Track the average lifetime value of our clients.
• Export, format, and upload large data sheets into various software.
• Perform data entry and create interactive spreadsheets.
• Work within our CRM and communicate with software support teams to solve issues.
• Fill out and review real estate contracts.
• Track, analyze, and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing reports from tracked data to distribute to the CEO daily.
• Build niche lists for our outbound team to contact.
