JOB OVERVIEW

The Inside Sales Representative (Plan Advisor) is responsible for promoting and selling house plans and modification services to customers. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales activities, educating prospects on the home planning process, preparing cost-to-build reports, and providing post-sale support. The representative will utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain customer information and drive sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: > Promote and sell existing and new house plans and modification services to customers. > Educate prospects on the home planning process and master the eCommerce sales process. > Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to identify qualified prospects. > Drive a high volume of outbound sales activities, including phone calls and emails, to prospect qualified sales opportunities. > Place outbound calls to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) with the goal of converting them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). > Review inbound sales leads and make welcome calls. > Place outbound calls to builders who respond to marketing campaigns. > Maintain accurate and current information in the Salesforce CRM database. > Utilize Salesforce CRM to market products and services to existing leads. > Provide post-sale customer support. > Assist the order fulfillment team with customer service calls. > Adopt an intimate working knowledge of our seven home plan websites. > Assist with the preparation and delivery of cost-to-build reports. > Prepare and present cost-to-build reports. > Participate in weekly training and metrics review sessions with the Sales Director. > Ad hoc tasks from the client. Requirements & Qualifications: > 2+ years of tele-sales or customer service experience in a team setting. > Tech-savvy and passionate about selling. > Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. > Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite. > Excellent verbal and written communication skills. > Strong motivation to work through a high volume of daily activities. > Strong command of the English language with minimal to no accent. > Ability to work over the weekends (total of 5 days/week). > Shift coverage is Wednesday to Sunday, 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM EST. > Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there’s an urgency for the role, then the new hire must render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks. Preferred Qualifications: > Previous experience in the home planning or real estate industry. > Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. > Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies. > Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
