UI/UX Designer

We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our fast growth Ecommerce social media advertising agency. Please only apply if you meet the qualifications below.

Our ideal candidate MUST have:
- A portfolio showing proven experience on UI/UX Design
- 3+ years relevant experience preferably in-house at DTC brands and/or agencies
- Skilled in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong knowledge of user-centered experience design, interaction design, CRO, and the creative process
- Experience shipping accessible, high-quality work that pleases Investors and makes life easier for designers and developers
- Strong capability of accurately estimating project tasks and timelines, completing them on time and within budget
- Ability to lead internal teams with strategic vision and product storytelling

A bonus will be if you also have skills in:
- HTML, CSS, E-commerce
- UX research methods

Additional Requirements:
- Be able to work in the PST/EST timezone Monday - Friday.
- Advanced level of English
