Overview:
Join the Nicholas Feagley Team Real Estate as a Cold Caller and play a crucial role in our sales and lead generation process. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and generating leads through outbound calls. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication skills, gain valuable experience in real estate, and contribute to the growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists and scripts.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering pertinent information and assessing their real estate needs.
Relationship Building: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to build rapport, understand their requirements, and establish trust in the Nicholas Feagley Team.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our real estate agents, ensuring a seamless transition in the sales process.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Data Management: Record all interactions and relevant information accurately in our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records of leads and prospects.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with real estate agents and other team members to coordinate efforts and maximize lead conversion.
