Full time Graphic Designer/Branding VA at Heroes

The Role:

The HBS Graphic Designer (GD) is a vital role in Heroes. The GD will work closely with Senior Graphic Designers and Art Directors and support the entire Creative Team, creating high quality designs within precise Brand Guidelines and timelines. He/she will also work closely with Copywriters and Brand Managers to deliver the best content for our brands.

You will have to be comfortable working on a variety of assets, as during the normal working day you may have to create artworks for packaging or leaflets, or create digital assets for Amazon or social media.

Responsibility

The HBS Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of a wide range of projects. Almost all of our brands are on Amazon so the type of projects Heroes handles on a daily basis are:
- Creation of digital designs such as Main Images and B+ - (research and design)
- A+Content / EBC - (research and design)
- Brandstore - (research and design)
- Video Content - (editing)

Prepare a whole series of Artworks, including:
- Packaging artworks (ready-for-print files)
- Promotional inserts
- Leaflet and other print assets

In addition:
- Work with copywriters to execute high-quality creative assets for CPG products.
- Support Brand Managers in their brand's needs and be able to implement their feedback efficiently.

Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in Amazon digital design and enhanced brand content.
- Proficiency in Photoshop for photo editing and retouching.
- Skilled in Illustrator for logo design, icon design, and technical packaging drawings.
- Competency in InDesign.
- Understanding of printmaking techniques, including offset and screen printing.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Heroes Business Support (HBS) Team, Paid hourly, Contractor, ideally available to work up to 40 hours/week 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. BST from Mon-Fri
