Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Appointment Setter to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This hybrid role combines sales development with virtual assistant responsibilities and answering company phones for 2.5 hours per day, 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer care, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in qualifying leads and setting appointments, as well as experience in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify inbound leads through detailed qualification scripts
• Book feasibility and discovery calls for qualified leads with our design team.
• Maintain and update the CRM system Hubspot with accurate lead information and activity logs.
• Follow up with leads via phone,
• Provide excellent customer care by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Answer company phones for 2.5 hours per day, 5 days a week, ensuring all calls are handled professionally and routed appropriately. Strong and clear English speaking is a MUST
• Assist the company director with various administrative tasks, including
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly lead qualification and appointment-setting targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a sales development or appointment-setting role, preferably in the real estate or building design industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software Hubspot and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and articulate the value of our services to potential clients.
• Experience in administrative tasks and virtual assistant roles.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours that align with Australian business hours.
