What you will do as a Cold Caller:
• Proactively contact potential clients and partners primarily through cold calls mainly, as well as email, and social media platforms.
• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients to build a robust pipeline for outreach.
• Schedule meetings & coordinate calendars for the sales team, ensuring a smooth experience for the team & potential clients.
• Maintain a detailed and organized record of all interactions, appointments, and follow-up information in our CRM system.
• Regularly review and update the contact database to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand the company’s offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition during client interactions.
• Monitor the success of appointments set and work closely with the team to optimize strategies for better conversion rates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to effectively engage with clients and address their needs or concerns.
• Utilize outbound messaging and other prospecting techniques as needed to reach potential clients.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Cold Caller
• Previous experience as an Appointment Setter (preferable).
• Fluent in English and a good professional accent.
• Strong experience with cold calling and prospecting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a knack for managing multiple schedules efficiently.
• A laptop with a solid Internet connection, and proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite & CRM systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adapt to varying communication channels (email, chat, video calls).
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data in systems.
• Experience with productivity and communication tools such as Slack, ChatGPT, Zoom, Email, Linkedin, etc.
